Cutting vegetables into fine Stripes and regular cubes - until now this took much time. Now, the Leifheit multi-purpose cutter signature takes this work. The all-rounder has three cutting inserts to cut vegetables into Stripes, slices or cubes easily. For example Stripes or rather juliennes: cut by hand they are too thick, some times too thin. The multi-purpose cutter is different: it cuts the Stripes absolutely regular. They are perfectly suitable for ingredients and vegetable side dish or for the garnishing of sauces, soups, meat and fish. Even the cutting of little onion cubes is no problem for the multi-purpose cutter. A comfortable finger guard protects the fingertips. After working the three extremely sharp blades can be stored safe in a container. It has to be put on the device as well as the finger guard. Everything can be stored compact and always ready to hand.
